On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $ATVI & $NVDA.
Jon sees unusual activity in ATVI, where 3,000 of the February 46 calls were bought for $1.32 to $1.34. Jon bought these calls and will likely hold them through next Wednesday.
Jon then updated his final trade in CPRI from yesterday, stating that the unusual bullish activity, dialed in on the February 45 calls, had returned more than three times their cost.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in NVDA, as traders purchased 4,800 of the 08February 155 calls from $1.30 to $2.30. Pete bought these calls and stressed the importance of discipline when dealing with short time to expiry options.
Pete also updated a trade in the ON March 20 calls, stating that he had rolled his position with new interest being shown in the March 23 calls today.
