Najarian Brothers See Unusual Option Activity in $HLT, $FTI, $BSX, $WBA & $MSFT

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $HLT, $FTI, $BSX, $WBA and $MSFT.

Jon is seeing unusual activity in HLT, as 7,500 of the August $85 calls were bought for 1.40, as part of a bullish spread. Jon bought these calls and plans to hold them through when the company reports earnings on July 25, after the close.

Jon is also seeing unusual option activity in FTI, where 4,700 of the July $31 calls were bought for 0.30-0.37. Jon owns FTI calls.

Jon also sees unusual bullish activity in BSX August $34 calls, where 7,000 were purchased for 1.17 as part of a bullish roll. Jon bought these calls and noted that BSX reports its earnings on July 25 before the market opens.

Pete sees unusual activity in WBA, in the 03August $68.50 calls, as 2,600 were bought for 0.49-0.59. Pete owns WBA calls and noted the CEO’s purchase of the company’s stock as a tailwind.

Pete also sees an unusual trade in MSFT where 15,000 of the 03August $110 calls were bought for 0.67-0.68. MSFT reports its earnings tomorrow, July 19, after the market closes.
