On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $MPC, $GLD and $SE.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in $MPC as traders purchased 5,000 of the November $65 calls for $1.26 to $1.30. Pete noted that upside activity has hit for the stock, nine times in the past month, and that he owns an MPC position of both January calls and stock.
Pete also sees seeing unusual activity in $GLD , as traders purchased nearly 6,000 of the March $149 calls for $3.88 as part of a bullish spread, following upside activity in the same strike yesterday.
Jon also sees unusual bullish activity in $SE, as traders purchased more than 4,800 of the November $32 calls for $0.80 to $0.90. Jon bought these calls and will be in them for at least a month.
