On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $MT, $FDX and $CLF.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in MT, as 5,100 of the October $33 calls were bought for 0.88 to 0.97. Pete bought these calls and added to an existing position.
Pete also updated a trade in CVS, which he noted on August 22, citing that today, those October $75 calls had turned three times over, and that he closed the trade out.
Jon is seeing unusual option activity in FDX, where 5,000 of the October $250 calls were bought for 3.00 to 3.45 as part of a bullish spread. Jon bought these calls and will hold them for a few weeks.
Jon also sees unusual activity in CLF, in the October $13 calls, as 6,000 were bought for 0.35 as part of a bullish roll. Jon bought these calls and plans to hold them for about a month.
