On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $TEVA and $COTY.
Jon sees unusual activity in TEVA, in the June $20 calls, as 10,000 were bought for 0.36. Jon bought these calls and plans to be in them from one and a half, to two weeks.
Pete is seeing unusual option activity in COTY, where 14,000 of the August $18 calls were bought for 0.54. Pete bought these calls and plans to hold them for a few months.
Pete also provided an update on MRO, which he mentioned last Thursday, stating he sold out of his position in the May $20 calls today after the stock moved up near the $21 level. However, he witnessed those same contracts being rolled up to the May $21.50 calls which he then bought for around 0.25 as the energy sector continues to show strength.
