Crypto Conversations: Jon Najarian and Charlie Shrem of CryptoIQ Discuss Korea

Many of our Investitute subscribers have reached out to me and asked “Jon, what do you think of Bitcoin and crypto?” I am very excited about the potential of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, and want to bring this excitement and knowledge to our Investitute community.

I’m excited to announce that we at Investitute have partnered with the one-and-only Charlie Shrem of Crypto.IQ, to bring you the most accurate and reliable crypto trading resources.

Charlie and I have become good friends over the last year, and I just had to share his knowledge with you. Whether you are new to crypto trading, or have been a “HODL” investor from the beginning, Investitute and Crypto.IQ will help you navigate the exciting and promising world of cryptocurrencies.

Here are two things to get you started: Sign up for Investitute’s cryptocurrency daily news email for daily updates on what is going on in crypto, and visit Crypto.IQ for access to proprietary crypto research and trade ideas!Jon Najarian: Charlie…you can’t watch crypto on business television and not hear about South Korea. Some of the biggest crypto traders on Earth, but also a lot going back-and-forth about regulation in South Korea. Can you tell us anything about the latest developments there?

Charlie Shrem: I see what’s happening in South Korea as such a great and amazing thing for cryptocurrency. Because what’s happening there is these governments aren’t shutting these exchanges down because they’re trading cryptocurrency. They’re shutting them down because they believe maybe some employees are doing some fraud and embezzling.

And that’s what you wanna see happen – you wanna see governments saying we’re not going to look at crypto as a bad thing, but we are going to investigate the negative people in the cryptocurrency space. We’re going to look for those less than reputable, or less than honest people.

We don’t want the governments to just blanket ban or shut down these companies, we want them to go after the negatives and the bad, and clean up the good, and allow us to continue moving forward innovating without these negative people holding us back. So it’s actually a very good thing, and I saw a lot of people were happy about the way the governments were acting and reacting towards cryptocurrency companies in those countries.
