Charlie, what can you tell me about the differences between the Granddaddy, Bitcoin, and BCash?

Charlie Shrem: Most investors will tell you that they want long-term stability. They want unchanging, beautifulness of the inability for someone to come in and change Bitcoin for what they see as for better or for worse. And Bitcoin has been around eight or nine years now – it’s long-term and it’s stable. There can never be any changes made to it, which is what we want, unless the whole network and the whole system agrees that a change needs to be made.

There were a minority contingency of people that wanted to make a change that they saw was for their own interest, which actually was for the worse. They tried to change Bitcoin and make that change, and they failed. And what ended up happening was they forked Bitcoin into what they call Bitcoin Cash, Bitcash or BCash, and it’s following their own change.

We’ve seen over the past year and a half it’s highly unstable, it’s irregular, and it’s not an investment that I tell people or I even hold in my own portfolio because it’s so new and I believe that change was for the negative to allow basically anyone to put in a transaction as big or as small as they want. It’s like anyone being able to go any speed on a small road or bring in a truck that can be ten times the size of a small car on any road without any rules on how or when people can go on that road.
