Banks Could Engage in Competitive Misconduct to Keep Users From Bitcoin: EU Report
+IQ Perspective
Our takeaway from this bit of writing is “could?”
Banks “could engage in competitive misconduct?” We’re a little incredulous at this level of naivete.
We think it’s already been shown that the banksters will do just about anything to kill crypto. In fact, they’ve already done quite a bit. Who doesn’t remember Jamie Dimon’s angry attacks on Bitcoin, when he called it a fraud? Of course, we know now that, while Dimon was suppressing the price, bankers were buying up Bitcoin at bargain prices.
And the Bank of International Settlements went so far as to commission a report that cut crypto to ribbons while ignoring anything good about the technology.
We’ve said a lot of things about bankers, but we’ve never said they were stupid. Of course they’ll fight to the end, but we’re pretty certain, judging from what’s already transpired, that crypto will prevail. Banks will be remembered as the financial overseers for debt slavery that they are.
