Monday EFX put volume topped 23,500 contracts
Tuesday EFX puts traded 17,000 contracts
Yesterday EFX put trading topped 71,000 contracts
So far today over 65,000 puts traded (in first 1 1/2 hours!) and bulk of which have been at the October 60 strike. 25,000 trade at Oct 60 put strike TODAY!
I view the Oct 60 puts as a bankruptcy bet and or because the CDS (if there are CDS on EFX) may be blowing up.
