Five UOA Alerts From Jon & Pete

Market Rebellion co-founders Jon & Pete Najarian took to CNBC on Thursday to talk about five juicy names that have been exploding with unusual options activity.

So, which stocks did they highlight?

Najarian Trades from November 4th

On today’s Halftime Report, Jon Najarian announced that he jumped into several bullish options trades as markets rallied. He started with purchasing calls in Best Buy ($BBY).

Take a look at $BBY, one of Pete’s favorite stocks. Minnesota-based Best Buy. This one has upside call buying up to the December $130 strike. Of course that includes the Black Friday issue that I always like to address. This is one of those plays that I love the set-up into Black Friday. Stock was $127, they’re buying the $130’s. I think it’s a no-brainer.

Jon also bought calls in Marathon Petroleum ($MPC), citing unusual activity in the January expiration. “I bought those, coat-tailed on that trade. You know how much I love energy.”

Dr. J went on to mention the continuation of unusual option activity in Ford ($F), as bullish option buyers continue to roll call options, targeting the $20 strike expiring tomorrow (11/05), as well as in December and January.

In Jon’s “Final Trade”, he gave us one more piece of UOA: $EBAY

After earnings, Ebay. The calls expire next Friday. They are the $79 calls. I bought the $76’s today, I’ll sell upside calls as it rallies.

Later in the day, Pete was on Fast Money and offered his final trade: $TJX
