Traders were buying up the APC May $70 calls for $1.08. With earnings reported tomorrow (02/06/2018) after the close, Jon is in these for about a month to six weeks.
He is also seeing activity in HBI, where traders bought the February $21 calls for 1.17, and Jon is in these for about a week, noting that on a down day it’s good to see positioning to the upside.
