On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $AAL and $FB, plus an update on $ALXN.
In $AAL, traders are buying 12,000 of the November $29 calls for $0.70 to $0.89, in blocks of rapid succession. Jon bought these calls and will be in them for about a month.
In $FB, traders bought 6,000 of the 01November $195 calls for $3.85 to $4.10. Jon bought these as well and will hold them until about Halloween.
Jon also updated his trade in $ALXN from Oct. 14, noting that those calls have virtually doubled today and that he trimmed his position.
