Jon Najarian Sees Unusual Option Activity in $DE & $NFLX

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $DE and $NFLX.

Jon is seeing unusual activity in DE, as traders purchased over 3,500 of the August $140 calls for 5.45 as part of a bullish spread. Jon bought these calls, while noting that the company’s earnings report on August 17 lies within the calls’ expiration, and plans to hold them at least through earnings.

Jon sees unusual activity in NFLX, where 15,000 of the December $350 calls were being purchased for 74.65 as a bullish roll. Jon noted that these calls were rolled from a previous position put on about a month ago, which have already profited handsomely.

Jon also updated the trade in SQ from May 8, noting that those calls moved to the upside yesterday and today, and that he took most of his position off.
