Jon Najarian Sees Unusual Option Activity in $DRI and $XLE

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $DRI and $XLE, plus a Final Trade in $KNX.

In $DRI, traders are buying up over 5,400 of the February $120 calls for $0.30 to $0.55. Jon bought these calls and plans to be in them for about four weeks.

In $XLE, traders are buying up 12,500 of the March $61.21 calls for $1.93 to $1.96. Jon bought these as well and plans to be in them for a month and a half to two months.

Lastly, Jon’s Final Trade was $KNX, where 8,000 of the March $40 calls were bought for $1.28.
