In JWN, traders are buying over 3,000 of the June $33 calls from $0.19 to $0.31 and 6,000 of the June $32.50 calls from $0.32 to $0.75. Jon bought these JWN calls, noting that they are almost a binary event, because they have just two days to live!
In LEN, traders are buying up 3,000 of the July $52.50 calls for $1.27 as part of a bullish spread. The calls break even with the shares of Lennar above $53.77 before their expiration, and Jon also bought these calls.
