On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian sees unusual option activity in $KMB and $MLNX.
Jon sees unusual activity in KMB, where traders were buying nearly 10,000 of the July 130 calls for $1.85 as part of a bullish roll. Jon bought these calls and plans to own them for at least three months.
Jon also sees unusual activity in MLNX, where 3,000 of the 18April 110 calls were bought for $3.50 as part of a bullish spread. Jon bought the stock but had not yet bought these calls, but commenting that he did have a bid out in the market.
Jon then updated the trade in ECA from Feb. 11, stating that those calls had turned double their initial purchase price from that date, and that he took all of his position off.
Jon also updated CRC, from Feb. 13, where those calls had also more than doubled since their initiation. Jon took this position completely off as well.
