Jon is seeing unusual activity in MHK, as traders purchased 5,000 of the November $200 calls for 4.30. Jon bought these calls and plans to be in them for a few months.
Jon also sees unusual bullish activity in ARNC, where 4,000 of the October $22 calls were being purchased for around 1.13. Jon bought these calls, plans to be in them for at least a month, and notes that there is rumored takeover interest from both Blackstone-Carlyle and Apollo.
