Jon Najarian Sees Unusual Option Activity in $MS and $XLU

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $MS and $XLU, plus an update on $PYPL.

In $MS, traders are buying more than 14,000 of the January $55 calls for $0.30 to $0.34. Jon bought these calls, adding to an existing position.

In $XLU, traders bought 6,000 of the 29November $61 puts for $0.40 as part of a bearish roll. Jon owns XLU puts.

Jon also updated his trade in $PYPL from Nov. 7, noting that those calls have risen more than 60% since the trade.
