On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $ON and $RMBS.
In $ON, traders are buying up over 30,000 of the April $25 calls for $0.90 to 1.03. Jon bought these calls and will be in them for “months” while noting the preferential risk/reward in options versus the underlying security.
In $RMBS, traders are buying up over 3,300 of the October $14 calls for $0.24 to $0.50. Jon bought these as well and will hold them for about two to three weeks.
