On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $V and $NVS.
Jon is seeing unusual activity in V, where traders were buying 3,000 of the 02November $138 calls for 2.16 to 2.28 as part of a bullish spread. Jon bought these calls and he will cut his position if the trade starts to go against him, otherwise he’ll be in them for until the middle of next week.
Jon also sees unusual bullish activity in NVS, where 6,837 of the November $87.50 calls were purchased for 0.90 as part of a bullish spread as well. Jon also bought these calls, and will utilize the same discipline, cutting the position should the calls’ value drop by half.
