Large far OTM call buy set out a week that are EPS-inclusive. Charts are tilting negatively in MSFT but with all breakdowns, there is the possibility that this one is false. If it does reverse, they often run strongly to create pain for the fresh shorts and capitulated longs so have to prep for that case with this hit. However, this could certainly be a hedge of sorts for a player that sees the $DXY, TNX, and USD/JPY all jamming in concert with GOOGL and TSLA being thrashed today so we also havd a bearsider.

Trigger: $385.53, 20 SMA currently.

Strategy 1: Consider the MSFT 27July 387.50 calls for $4.30 projected at trigger level today. Have to keep uncapped and have to go with Starter Kit to keep $ risk down in this market. Logic behind is that IF this market suddenly reverses, it would likely leave many extremely slack-jawed due to what’s developing presently or, put another way, it looks dire now if this is saved, many will be surprised by it. One can always roll out to gain more time if this scenario (somehow) unfolds.

Targets: 388.58, 390.67 (15 SMA currently), 382.62 (10 SMA currently), 395.16, 399.15 (100 SMA currently), 401.99
