Bank of America (BAC) May weekly call option implied volatility is at 40, May is at 33; compared to its 52-week range of 15 to after The Washington Post says Senator Bernie Sanders and Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will introduce legislation on Thursday to cap credit card interest rates at 15%.

Citi (C) May weekly call option implied volatility is at 44, May is at 33; compared to its 52-week range of 15 to 55.

Call put ratio 2.65 calls to 1 put with focus on May 58 weekly calls.
