Najarian Brothers See Unusual Option Activity in $AMAT, $EBAY, $ECA & $MRK with @jimcramer

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $AMAT, $EBAY, $ECA and $MRK.

Jon is seeing unusual activity in AMAT, as traders purchased 2,400 of the 22February 39.50 calls for $1.46 to $1.58. Jon bought these calls and plans to hold them for about a week and a half.

Jon is also seeing unusual activity in ECA, as traders purchased 5,000 of the March 6.00 calls for $0.48 to $0.55. Jon noted that this trade follows previous bullish activity in the name.

Likewise, Pete sees unusual activity in $EBAY, where 20,000 of the 29March 36.00 calls were bought for $1.20 as part of a bullish roll. Pete owns EBAY stock and calls.

Pete is also seeing unusual activity in $MRK, as over 18,000 of the June 82.50 calls were bought for $1.00. Pete bought these calls and intends to hold them from three to four months.
