On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $BBBY, $GLW, $SWCH and $FOXA, plus updates on $KEYS and $NVDA.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in $BBBY, as traders purchased 11,500 of the 06September $9 calls for $0.21 to $0.30. The trade breaks even when shares of the BBBY reach roughly $9.25, and Pete plans to be in the trade for about a week.
Pete is also seeing unusual activity in $GLW, as traders purchased 15,700 of the October $28 calls for $0.99 to $1.27. Pete bought these calls and plans to be in them for about a month.
Jon is seeing unusual activity in the $SWCH, as traders purchased 3,000 of the February $16 calls for $1.80 to $2.10. Jon bought these calls and plans to be in the trade from two to three months.
Also, Jon sees unusual activity in $FOXA, as traders purchased 4,000 of the September $34 calls from $0.60. Jon bought these calls, and will own them for two to three weeks.
Jon also provided an update on $KEYS, which he noted on Tuesday, citing that those calls have nearly tripled and that his position has been reduced.
Jon also updated the NVDA 23August 172.50 calls from August 19, mentioning that they have also outperformed the underlying equity to the upside.
