Najarian Brothers See Unusual Option Activity in $CWH, $DVN, $MRK & $JBL

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $CWH, $DVN, $MRK and $JBL.

In CWH, Jon Najarian is seeing unusual activity in the September $40 calls, as traders bought 5,000 of them for 3.40. Jon is in these calls and plans to hold them for about two months.

Jon is also seeing bullish unusual activity in DVN, where traders were buying 3,000 of the April $33 calls for 1.32, while also selling downside puts. Jon is in these calls as well and will likely hold for about ten days.

Pete Najarian is seeing unusual activity in MRK, citing that 6,400 of the May $55 calls were bought from 1.91-2.02.

Pete also sees unusual activity in JBL. In JBL, there were 3,000 of the March $30 calls bought for 0.43 ahead of earnings on 03/15. Pete owns these calls and will be in them for a week.
