Najarian Brothers See Unusual Option Activity in $DISCA, $COF, $MMM & $SKX

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $DISCA, $COF, $MMM and $SKX.

Pete is seeing unusual activity in $DISCA, as traders purchased 15,500 of the October $37.50 calls for $0.50 to $0.60. The trade breaks even when shares of Discovery Communications reach about $38.00, and Pete bought these calls.

Pete is also seeing unusual activity in $COF, as traders purchased 3,000 of the August $92.50 calls for $1.38 to $1.44 as part of a bullish roll. Pete bought these calls, plans to hold them for about a month, and noted that the company reports its earnings on July 18th.

Jon is seeing unusual activity in $MMM, as traders purchased 2,200 of the August $180 calls from $2.08 to $3.90. Jon bought these calls and will be in them from two to three weeks.

Lastly, Jon is also seeing unusual activity in $SKX, as traders purchased 4,100 of the August $37 calls for $1.35 to $1.40 as part of a bullish roll. Jon noted the previous activity in the name that was a winner, and will be in the trade for about two weeks.
