On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $DVN, $SNAP and $CCJ.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in DVN, as traders rolled 10,000 calls up and out, to the July 33 calls, paying $1.37 for them. Pete bought these calls and plans to hold them for about four months, commenting that energy has been hot of late for Investitute’s market scanners.
Jon sees unusual activity in SNAP, as traders purchased 4,400 of the 22March 10.50 calls for $0.35 and $0.36. Jon bought these calls and plans to hold them over the weekend into the middle of next week and noted the BTIG upgrade today from an analyst who has been bearish on the name.
Jon also sees unusual activity in the CCJ 18April 12 calls as traders were buying over 5,000 for $0.45. Jon bought these calls as well and will hold them into next month.
