On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $EWZ and $TTM.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in EWZ, as traders purchased 30,000 of the August $37.50 calls for 0.78 as part of a bullish roll. Pete noted the strength in other Brazilian names as a driver for the ETF, which tracks a basket of Brazilian stocks. Pete owns EWZ calls.
Jon sees unusual activity in TTM, where 2,500 of the October $20 calls were purchased for 0.75. The company reports its earnings on July 31 after the closing bell. Jon owns TTM calls.
Jon also updated the trade in GLW from yesterday, noting that those calls moved to the upside today.
