On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $MSFT, $FXI, $CNC and $XLF.
Pete is seeing unusual activity in $MSFT, as traders purchased 21,500 of the July $120 calls for $5.75 as part of a bullish spread. Pete owns MSFT stock and bought these calls as well and noted that he turned the position into a spread.
Pete is also seeing unusual activity in $FXI, as traders purchased 30,000 of the June $46 calls for $1.23 as part of a complex bullish spread. Pete also bought these calls.
Meanwhile, Jon is seeing unusual upside activity in $CNC, as 5,000 of the September $60 calls were bought for $3.00 as part of a bullish spread as well. Jon bought these calls.
Jon also sees unusual activity in $XLF, as 50,000 of the May $28 calls were bought for $0.22 to $0.26 as part of a bullish roll. Jon bought these calls and plans to hold them from about two weeks to a month.
