Najarian Brothers See Unusual Option Activity in $VFC, $VST & $VIAV

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $VFC, $VST and $VIAV, plus updates on $FDX and $TPR.

Pete is seeing unusual activity in $VFC as traders purchased 5,200 of the October $90 calls for $2.73 as part of a bullish roll. The long calls break even when shares of VFC reach roughly $92.75.

Pete also updated his trade on unusual activity in $FDX. noting that those calls have continued to outperform.

Jon is seeing unusual activity in $VST , as traders purchased 5,000 of the January $27 calls for $1.00 as part of a bullish roll. Jon bought these calls, expecting to be in the trade for three to four months.

Jon also sees unusual bullish activity in $VIAV, as traders purchased more than 5,300 of the October $15 calls for $0.20 to $0.32. Jon also bought these calls, and will be in them for about one month.

Jon lastly updated his trade from Sept. 5, $TPR, noting that those calls have performed significantly to the upside.
