On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Jon and Pete Najarian are seeing unusual option activity in $VZ, $PWR, and $LK, plus updates on $SE and $WWE.
Jon is seeing unusual activity in $VZ as traders purchased 10,000 of the March $62.50 calls for $0.79. Jon bought these calls and plans to be in them for about two months.
Jon also updated his trade in $SE from Nov. 14, noting that the call buyers were right again on the name.
Jon also updated a trade in $WWE from Oct. 25, noting that those calls did not perform, and that the trade was cut at around a 50% loss with respect to trading discipline.
Pete is seeing unusual bullish activity in $PWR, as traders purchased 2,500 of the January $43 calls for $1.05 to $1.15. Pete bought these calls.
Pete also sees unusual activity in $LK, where there was a purchase of 9,980 of the January *2021* $30 calls for $5.40. Pete owns LK stock but the call activity gives him conviction in his position.
