Option Swing Traders Profit in Biotech $ALXY

In our Jan 23rd webinar for Lighthouse Point Platinum Options Swing Trading service we discussed Alnylam Pharmaceuticals ($ALNY).

This stock was slightly different from our other biotechs that we played this past week.  We had been watching a consolidation that formed a triangular pattern.  This pattern broke out and we sent out a note on Monday night when we spotted the break.  This break took out resistance of the pattern and the 20 and 50 day Moving Averages.

Based on the consolidation we felt pretty confident that with a positive move in the sector combined with the show of strength from buyers that we could easily reach the swing highs from early January then potentially reach the highs from early December.

The stock tested the high from early December and then gave a little back.
