On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Pete Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $EEM.
Traders were buying 10,000 of the EEM June $60 calls for $0.20. This trade follows the 50,000 April $51 calls bought earlier in the week, as bulls continue to see growth opportunities outside of the US. Pete is long these calls and plans to hold them for three months.
Pete also gave viewers an update on the PBR trade from yesterday with the stock up 2.5%. They were bought for around $0.50 yesterday, now trading just over a dollar today and Pete mentioned he took half his position off but intends to let the rest ride for a couple of weeks.
