Pete is seeing unusual activity in ATVI, as traders purchased 4,400 of the 27July $78 calls for 1.03 to 1.15. Pete owns ATVI calls and plans to hold them for one to three weeks, noting that these calls expire before the company is expected to report earnings.
Pete is also seeing unusual activity in MNST, where 3,500 of the September $60 calls were bought for 2.50 to 2.90, noting that they do capture earnings. Pete bought these calls and plans to be in them for at least one month.
