In $RUN, traders are buying up more than 6,400 of the October $18 calls for $0.44 to $0.80. Pete bought these calls, plans to be in them for about a month, and notes the recent strength of the housing sector, with Sunrun (RUN) being a residential solar company.
Pete also updated his trade in $TOL from September 24, noting that those calls have already doubled and that he has taken the trade off as he has positions open in other housing names and the move necessitated discipline.
