Pete Najarian Sees Unusual Option Activity in $VLO and $RF

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Pete Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $VLO & $RF.

In VLO, traders are buying up 5,000 of the June 90 calls for $3.25 as part of a bullish roll. Pete bought these calls and plans to hold them for a few months.

In RF, traders bought 15,000 of the March 17 calls from $0.10 to $0.13 as part of a bullish roll as well. Pete also bought these calls.

Then Pete updated a trade in INTC from Feb. 14 and stated that those calls had more than doubled, and that he had taken the position off.

Pete also updated XLNX from Feb. 12 and said that while those calls had performed significantly, he had to practice discipline and take some off the table there too.
