Pete Najarian Sees Unusual Option Activity in $QQQ & $V

On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Pete Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $QQQ and $V .

Pete Najarian is seeing bearish activity in the QQQ where 17,000 of the May $148 puts were bought for 4.43, rolled from 20,000 May $155 puts, which already produced a profit for the trader. Pete is in these puts and mentioned that he would take them off if they were to move dramatically, also noting that there is time in the trade to let things play out.

Pete is also seeing more bullish activity in V, following the trade noted yesterday. Today, traders purchased 8,000 more of the June $120 calls for 4.85. Pete is already in these calls and likes to see adding to the position today.
