Momentum

Tesla (TSLA) July (10) weekly call option implied volatility is at 86, July is at 85, August is at 90; compared to its 52-week range of 33 to 154 as shares rally 1.3%. Call put ratio 1.1 calls to 1 put.

NIO Inc. (NIO) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 255. July is at 236, August is at 196; compared to its 52-week range of 76 to 221. Call put ratio 2.5 calls to 1 put with focus on July calls.

Nikola (NKLA) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 205, July is at 202, August is at 161; compared to its 52-week range of 67 to 305. Call put ratio 1.2 calls to 1 put.

Workhorse Group (WKHS) July call option implied volatility is at 200, August is at 190; compared to its 52-week range of 102 to 286. Call put ratio 1.9 calls to 1 put.

Amazon (AMZN) July weekly option implied volatility is at 41, July is at 39, August is at 42; compared to its 52-week range of 20 to 69 as shares above $3000. Call put ratio 1.3 calls to 1 put.

Square (SQ) call put ratio 2.16 calls to 1 put as shares rally to new record high. 30-day option implied volatility is at 67; compared to its 52-week range of 30 to 142.

Adobe (ADBE) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 33, July is at 31, August is at 32; compared to its 52-week range of 18 to 86 as shares near record high.

Snap (SNAP) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 56, July is at 55, August is at 64; compared to its 52-week range of 38 to 126. Call put ratio 2.5 calls to 1 put.

Walmart (WMT) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 44, July is at 34, August is at 28; compared to its 52-week range of 12 to 68. Call put ratio 8.7 calls to 1 put with focus after shares rallied on reports to launch Amazon Prime competitor this month.

Boeing (BA) July weekly call option implied volatility is at 80, July is at 71, August is at 70; compared to its 52-week range of 23 to 221. Call put ratio 1.9 calls to 1 put.

Macy’s (M) 30-day call option implied volatility is at 113; compared to its 52-week range of 32 to 164. Call put ratio 7.5 calls to 1 put with focus on July weekly and July 7 calls.

Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX) 30-day option implied volatility is at 40; compared to its 52-week range of 22 to 158 as gold holds near eight-year high. Call put ratio 2.5 calls to 1 put with focus on August calls.

Straddle prices for stocks expected to report quarterly results this week

Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY) July weekly 10 straddle priced for a move of 17% into the expected release of quarter results today after the bell.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) July weekly 42 straddle priced for a move of 7% into the expected release of quarter results on July 9.
