Twitter (TWTR) March weekly call option implied volatility is at 60, February is at 57; compared to its 52-week range of 27 to 62 into hedge fund Elliott Management has amassed a stake in Twitter, Reuters reports.

Eaton (ETN) March weekly call option implied volatility is at 55, March is at 45; compared to its 52-week range of 16 to 40 into a company hosted investor meeting today.

F5 Networks (FFIV) March weekly call option implied volatility is at 54, March is at 50; compared to its 52-week range of 21 to 55 into a company hosted investor meeting on March 3.

ExxonMobil (XOM) March weekly call option implied volatility is at 68, March is at 55; compared to its 52-week range of 15 to 55 as into company sponsored investor day on March 5, OPEC and WTI Oil.

Citigroup (C) March call option implied volatility is at 59, June is at 39; compared to its -week range of 18 to 57 into hosting an investor day on May 13.

Freeport-McMoran (FCX) 30-day option implied volatility is at 84; compared to its 52-week range of 35 to 85

Southern Copper (SCCO) 30-day option implied volatility is at 61; compared to its 52-week range of 23 to 61

Vale S.A. (VALE) 30-day option implied volatility is at 58; compared to its 52-week range of 27 to 59. Call put ratio 1 call to 9.9 puts. March, September and January 8 puts active.

Rio Tinto plc (RIO) 30-day option implied volatility is at 51; compared to its 52-week range of 21 to 45.

BHP Billiton Ltd. (BHP) 30-day option implied volatility is at 51; compared to its 52-week range of 18 to 50.
