Another NFL season comes to a thrilling end, and we now shift back over to the NHL and NBA.
February 16: NHL- Boston Bruins/Seattle Kraken Parlay
We’re kicking off our betting week with a two-leg NHL parlay.
Tonight sees the best team in the league, the Boston Bruins, head to Nashville for a game against the middling Predators.
This one’s easy. This Bruins team is a wagon right and are walking through this season. Their goaltending is otherworldly, and the offense has become a well-oiled machine.
The Predators are a decent team, but they’ll likely struggle to keep up with this Stanley Cup contender.
Later, the Seattle Kraken host the lowly Philadelphia Flyers.
While not as good as the Bruins, the Kraken have had a much stronger second season compared to year one. They briefly led the Pacific Division and are in a good position to make the playoffs.
The Flyers are currently rebuilding (although they’ll never admit it) and, while not the worst team in the league, certainly aren’t “good.”
This is another game where the winner should be obvious, as long as Seattle’s goaltending can have a decent night.

February 16: College Basketball- Purdue at Maryland
March Madness is approaching, and we’ve got to get warmed up for it. Tonight is a great place to start as No. 3 Purdue heads to Maryland.
Purdue is a one-point favorite, and this game could be closer than you’d expect. Maryland has won five of its last six and is undefeated at home against Big 10 teams.
These teams played each other last month and Purdue eked out a three-point win. We think they finish the night with another win.
Maryland has been on fire recently and should keep this close, but Purdue is the better team on paper and we’re going with the favorite.
