It’s the moooost wonderful time of the yeeeeear. March Madness is finally here and we’re ready for our brackets to get busted in the next two days, as is tradition!
March 16- NCAAB: Duke and Texas A&M Parlay
Tournament action kicks off this afternoon, but we’re waiting until the evening to start the action with a two-team parlay.
No. 5 Duke is taking on No. 12 Oral Roberts in a game that Duke should have a handle on. They looked great in division play last week and could be looking at an elite eight appearance this year if they can play up to their potential.
Later, No. 7 Texas A&M goes up against No. 10 Penn State. The Aggies are making their first March Madness appearance since the 2018 season and should be plenty excited for the festivities to kick off. This one is tougher as both teams are closer in skill level, but Texas A&M are the betting favorites.
The Aggies play a slower style of offense that feeds off turnovers, so forcing the Nittany Lions to make mistakes will be huge.
This one will likely come down to the wire, but Texas A&M is the better team here and should pull it off.
Rebel’s Pick: Duke and Texas A&M Parlay (+136) @ 1U
Future- NCAAB: Alabama to Win
As of this writing, Alabama has the second-highest odds to win the tournament at +650. If you watched them at all in the SEC tournament last week, you know they’re that high for good reason.
Brandon Miller is a game-changer who averaged almost 20 points-per-game in the regular season. Mark Sears and Noah Clowney are great compliments on offense and the rest of the team is responsible on defense.
It would be a massive upset if they fail to make it to the Final Four and we see them going beyond that.
Rebel’s Pick: Alabama Tournament Winner (+650) @ 1U
