On today’s CNBC Halftime Report, Pete Najarian is seeing unusual option activity in $INTC and $AMD.
In INTC, Pete sees unusual activity in the May $52.50 calls, as traders bought 10,000 of them for over a dollar. This activity comes on the back of Citi naming the stock a top pick with a $58 price target. Pete owns INTC calls.
Pete is also seeing bullish activity in AMD, noting that 5,000 of the March $13.50 calls were bought for 0.33. Pete bought these calls and will be in them for a couple of weeks, citing that the strength in Intel could pull up this other tech name as well.
